The Lacey Lane Crew headed over to Tangalooma Island Resort in Queensland, Australia for a 3 days photoshoot! It was amazing! The heat was epic, the kids were troopers and we had a blast! Here's a few shots and some BTS snaps too.
Our day started out like this. An early morning boat trip over to the Island full of toothless smiles and crazy hair.
The rest of the day consisted of hanging out in the VIP Room (booo-yah!!), exploring the island and organising our plan of attack for the next day and crossing our fingers tight that the weather would clear up. We still played dress ups and got some indoor shots though.

The rooftop:
Queensland being Queensland, the weather stood up to its unpredictable reputation. Rains on the first evening meant we couldn't do our amaze-balls Rooftop On Sunset shots. Day 2 however... flawless.
Seriously! Could these kids being any more kick-ass?! I think not!
We hired a 4WD and hit the desert side of the island. Something I was definitely looking forward to! Endless sand dunes and blue skies.
Post Desert:
We did a trip down the beach in the fourby and just had a bit of a break. The view was a little something like this...
This little gem came for a visit for a day trip over to the island with her amazing 7 months pregtastic mumma. They both powered through, even with the intense heat.
